Deep fried Scarborough haddock, goujons, anchovy and beetroot pesto

Potted old fashioned corned beef, tomato relish, toast

Fried curly kale ‘bubble and squeak’ cake, poached egg, tomato dressing (v)

Salmon fishcake, hand cut fat chips, smoked mackerel and tomato salad

Organic beetroot tarte, Kidderton goat’s cheese, hazelnuts, pesto (v)

Pan seared local calves liver, Judy Bell blue cheese mash, onion confit, pan juices

The Green Room’s pie of the day, fondant potato, braised red cabbage

Creme brulee, ‘jam scone’ ice cream

Brioche bread and butter pudding, proper custard
